“It was off rhe main road, so it was quieter. The bed slept very well in the Bluebird Cottage. We enjoyed sitting out in the screened in porch while we read books. The restaurant across the atreet was great and convenient. ”

“Stayed for a long weekend. Close to many great attractions in Colorado Springs area, and just a short drive to Manitou. Perfect amount of space for two people. It’s a bit closer to the other buildings than it looks in the listing photos, but it’s a very quiet area and the neighborhood is nicely tucked back into the woods while still being right by the highway to get to where you want to go. There is an amazing view of the mountains through the upstairs skylight and the little stream running……

“The property is very nice, we enjoyed our visit, we would definitely stay here again .The only issues we had was the window in the bedroom needs to be cleaned and pet hair. Other than that it was fabulous ”

“The morning views of Longs Peak were breathtaking! The house was not huge and we had 6 adults and 4 kids. It was plenty close but it worked well!! The snow was beautiful and the wind was fierce!! We had a wonderful time and everything was as it said. I have but one complaint with every single Vrbo we book, they all have crappy vacuums!! I would love to keep the floors clean and don’t mind doing so. Get decent equipment!!! That’s the only thing that I would change!!! Thank you for letting us……

“Beautiful cabin in a very convenient location, close to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park! Immaculately clean and comfortable. Amenities were thoughtfully provided. We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Carriewood! Note: Minor nuisance was the road leading up to the property, which had bad potholes, but that isn’t the fault of the owner and did not detract from our stay. ”

“We really enjoyed the hottub on the deck after driving all day. Thought the place was easy to find and was very clean. Cute rooms, perfect size for 2 of us and a dog. By far, though, the best feature was the great access to the beautiful creek in back. The only hiccup was out of the owner's control and that was a loud neighhbor. We would definitely come back .”

“We came down for a race over the weekend, the location was perfect for us. The house was spacious and the location of it was quiet and relaxing! We will be back for a visit to explore the town more as it’s super close to the downtown area and want to be able to explore more. The host was very communicative and the property was well maintained. Can’t wait to come back! ”

“My husband and I were very happy with our stay here. It was much bigger in person than we expected! Our goal was to relax and reconnect after a busy month of end of school activities with our kids and a high school graduation for our 2nd oldest. We were able to do just that. I was so happy it was cold enough to enjoy the fireplace! We also loved the sound from the creek right in from of the property, it was a perfect mountain setting! ”
