“新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”

“This older family hotel is situated in a unique position on the outskirts of the pyramids. From the dining/roof terrace you overlook Khufu pyramid. On waking in the morning the view of the pyramid from our balcony was magical and atmospheric with calls to prayer. The breakfasts were basic but more than adequate to start the day, with good coffee. The staff were always friendly and very helpful and we would not hesitate to stay again.”

“We loved staying at this hotel. In case you don't know, this used to be a house for a famous Egyptian singer (Om Kolthoom) from the 60s and got converted into a hotel. So, the whole hotel is themed around this singer (photos, decor, signage on doors, etc.). I loved that because I love this singer. It is in a great neighborhood (Zamalek), surrounded by embassies and luxurious old houses on the street behind. The location is also good because it is somewhat central and you can easily take a……
