However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”

Carla at guest services was very friendly and informative with tours and got us all set up quickly. Out trip went awesome thanks this facilities location and friendly staff. The only thing we had a problem with was the sound of the tv but really we weren’t in our room for too much time. We had a great stay at hotel Monteleone! Thank you”
