“Everything was perfect ”

“The stay was nice. But we had to pay $60/night for parking. This was pretty disappointing. Had we known this we may have stayed in a different part of town. ”

“Check in was good because the front desk person told us that the room that Travelocity offered for an upgrade (with an extra charge) would not accommodate the three of us.. she gave us another room but when we got to the room, none of our keys worked. The clerk then told us after she tried the keys and they did not work for her.. to take the room next door. I was very surprised and disappointed that a hotel that has a sign advertising that it’s a historical hotel had tattered and ripped……

“Great hotel, location was great as well. There was only one option for parking for valet @ $75 a day or you had to find your own parking.”

“Apartment was extremely clean & walkable to multiple areas. Communication was 0 but everything else was perfect!”

“The only complaint I had was the windows that open up to the balconys do not stay open, they had to be propped up by a bar stool. And the TV in the living room was very small and did not work and the one in the bedroom was very small. Other then that everything about the plave from the service to the room to the location was perfect! ”
