“Very disappointed and I won't come back again. The problem is the guest room window & its door does not has a good sound isolation. When someone walking, talking on the corridor, the lift notification "ting ting", someone singing in the hall area, I can easily hear these noisy sound when I'm sitting or sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Besides, sometimes some of the electric wall plate mal-function which makes some of the lights cannot work even cannot use for charging my mobile……

“This was the worst experience of my 5-day trip to Miami, and it was one of the most terrifying nights of my trip. The room was way too dark, even with all the lights on, it still felt dim. At 5 am, I was woken up by a loud, repetitive noise. It sounded like someone was using a key card to tap on a table or wall every 15 seconds. I wasn’t sure if it was done on purpose or not, but it scared me because the sound was so loud. I immediately called the front desk and told them that it sounded like……

“It’s a very beautiful property with great service very good for families. Excellent food. A beautiful place, great accommodations, and staff. I will be staying there again. This time I went for a mommy getaway staycation since I live in the same city for my birthday, but I will be taking my family back before the end of the year thank you it was a wonderful experience”

“I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay here. The room was great, the location was ideal ( close to everything). You do pay for parking as a convenience of not looking for parking on the street, but it was worth it. Will definitely be staying again. ”
