The special touches like charger cord if you needed one, loufa in the shower, house shoes, umbrella if you needed it, chocolates on the night stand. Very very clean, quiet safe area, friendly and helpful staff, I liked that no one could go to our hallway without a key card.”

“I found a bug on the bed of the hotel. After calling the customer service, I got a pillow at 11 p.m. an hour later. The room is not clean, and there are still paper towels used by previous guests in the trash can. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are charged separately, and mineral water is not provided in the room.”
