“I stayed here in Jan 2024 and since then the hotel has been beautifully renovated. The staff remain friendly and helpful. Easy access to the Metro, which is one of the reasons I selected the hotel. “Arrived onsite, receptionist stated that Expedia and them have had some issues with booking. I had booked a room with a balcony, they gave me a regular room but they ended up correcting the issue once I showed them my confirmation. Very clean, very nice, very polite. Would book again. ”

“The supporting facilities are too old, the breakfast ingredients have an oily smell, there are only three choices of food, and the hygiene is not very clean. I left my clothes at the hotel without notifying us. I called to ask and said they didn't have them. They didn't return them to us until we went back to the hotel to ask.”
