“The supporting facilities are too old, the breakfast ingredients have an oily smell, there are only three choices of food, and the hygiene is not very clean. I left my clothes at the hotel without notifying us. I called to ask and said they didn't have them. They didn't return them to us until we went back to the hotel to ask.”

“We stayed one night and had a great time at their pool. The poolside bar had great food and the female attendant was very personable! We ate breakfast the next morning and that was great too!”

“We were delighted by the beautiful room, the comfort of the bed and fine linens. We commented twice on the smell of the shampoo and lotion in the bathroom. We'll definitely be back.”

“The river view was amazing. The staff was very courteous and professional. The room wss clean but the bed was too soft for me but still comfortable ifnyhay makes sense. The bayhoom was clean and NO leftover hairs anywhere. While taking a shower the flo9r outside thenshower did become wet and the bathoom was drenched. I had an engineer come up to adjust the shower door which did help. I RECOMMEND the riverview room.”

“Very nice property. Only feedback would be relative to the 4:30am airport shuttle. It's great that there is an early shuttle, but it is first come/first serve and even when arrive in the lobby they don't take names. I arrived at 4:03am to ensure I had a space, yet many other arrived later and it was a bit of a 'rush' the shuttle rather than those who arrived at 4:25 having less precedence than those who arrived at 4:00am. ”
