“Location is prefect and staff are helpful and polite. Overall price are good also compared to other hotels nearby. I know some people said this hotel needed renovation but if it does, price will never be the same and it will lose its competitiveness of being an building with a taste of history. ”

“We had a wonderful visit at Lotte. The location is perfect. We loved our room (King overlooking St. Patrick's - gorgeous view). It's a beautiful building! We enjoyed having a nightcap in the bar, and the coffee shop was very convenient. We will definitely be back!”

“Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants  nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.  Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically……
