“When I arrived to the apartment the key was not in the lock box. It was late and I called Chelsea. She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive. The pmace was exactly as pictured My daughter and I took a quick walk to the beach and it was so close! The private parking was an 8 minute walk each way. The beaches, stores, restaurants, and historical attractions are within 12-16 minutes of the Osprey Nest’s quiet neighborhood. This was the perfect place to return to at the end of a busy day. “Our family of 4 stayed at Club Ocean Villas II for a week in late July. We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. We were in a second floor unit overlooking the canal, and it was so nice to enjoy coffee on the balcony each morning and watch the birds fish off the dock. “My friend and I really enjoyed staying here. It was a great location that is close to the beach. You aren't far from the boardwalk and there are plenty of restaurants to walk to. The Condo seemed recently remodeled with granite coubtertops and stainless steel appliances. It had a very modern feel to it. Great air conditioning with thermostats in each room. Bring hangers! No hangers in the closets was a little strange. We had a problem with the upstairs teenagers making noise and the property……

“I arrived to this beautiful property on Tuesday June 25th. It was my birthday and I brought my children and grandchildren for 6 days. The neighborhood was peaceful the neighbors were very nice. The house was well described. The house is very roomy. My grandkids cried because it was time to leave. The only issue is if you have more than 2 cars the parking is a little hard. I giving this property an 5 star. ”

“We were visiting with our extended family and decided to extend the trip by two days with our kids. We chose the property due to its location to the boardwalk/beach. “Property was just like description given 3 flights of stairs to reach apartment unit was large and in good condition Parking was limited even in February but we were able to find parking within a few blocks 30 minutes walk up to Broadwalk Hall which is where we were going Best was that it was pet friendly as my Irish Doodle travels with me Great communication with owner quickly responded to all inquiries Will definitely stay next year again for the NJ State High School Wrestling Championship……
