“This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. ”

“Hot summer August days and no AC!!! We arrived at 5pm on Friday tired and hungry ready to cook a meal to spend the evening relaxing for our busy next day. Entering the house we felt the heat and checked the AC that read 85 degrees, but was set to 65, so we knew it wasn’t working. I called support and they recommended several things to do that did not work. Then they send a maintenance guy that arrived an hour later and who clearly couldn’t fix anything because all he did was change the filter……

“This house was perfect for our family. Close to restaurants, highway and attractions. The basement with the pool table was awesome. The kids really enjoyed playing games at night. The back porch is adorable and very private. We loved having our coffee sitting there. The walking path behind the house is really a nice one. We had a lot or room for the whole family and we could have invited friends. If we ever return to Colorado Springs I would love to stay in this house again for sure.”

“This property was advertised on a hotel booking site, with hotel pricing and hotel taxes and fees, so was expecting maybe a bottle of water or a coffee pod to give it the hotel feel. I was required to take out the trash prior to departure - shouldn’t be my job as the guest.”
