“The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. Other than the noise and parking, everything else was……

“The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children.”

“Lovely B&B located a short drive from the coast. Nicky was welcoming and cooked a delicious breakfast with a wide range of options. The room was quiet and clean and her dogs are very friendly. I would highly recommend this B&B and will stay here again.”

“Deborah and Ian welcomed us on arrival and we were served a cream tea. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Ideal location to travel around Bodmin/Cornwall. ”

“I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed ”

“The cottage was really clean, spacious and decorated to a good standard. Bed was really comfortable and the robes and slippers were a nice touch. Owners were lovely people! ”

“My family & I stayed in one of the private chalets at Atlantic Bays Holiday Park near Padstow for 7 nights and had an amazing time! There was some initial confusion caused by Hotels.com, but Simon from Holidays Cornwall (who look after the Chalet we stayed in) was super helpful throughout our stay. The Chalet was lovely & clean, it had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds, sofa and chairs were all comfortable. We had a tv in the living room and one of the bedrooms.……
