“The shuttle bus driver that day (11th morning) is a racist. There were altogether two passengers on the bus (including me). The driver kindly asked another passenger at which gate he would like to alight. Then, when arrived, that passenger alighted and gave the driver tips. The driver then shouted at me: “you, get off here!” And then asked me, “any tips?” Of course in this case, I would not tip. I didn’t answer and simply alighted there as he said. “The valet parking was nice but $33 a day is steep. Once Parked access is by the valet only so small bills necessary for tipping. Rooms were nice but shower floor very slippery. King bed but limited seating if you want to watch tv later in evening. Male front staff and valet very accommodating. For folks with limited mobility even Ste Catherine and the Metro 3 blocks away downhill. Take good walking shoes with you. I ordered 2 different room types and our companions got our room with couch and……
