“There were stains on our linens. Bed sheets and towels. There were spiders in our bed… food service items were left out in the hallways our entire stay (gross!). There were sand bags (ripped open) with sand spread on the carpet throughout the hallway near the doors. They close the hot tub promptly at 10pm… the rooms were damaged (scratches, dents, etc)… the bar in the lobby was so dirty (you could hear how sticky the floors were)…. I never write bad reviews.
