“Spacious room. Very helpful staff for whatever you needed for the room or extra services to fix whatever problem came about. Clean room, clean bed. Only thing i would fix is to add a microwave. You have to go downstairs to heat food up. It would be way more convenient to have it in your room. But overall, lovely stay & hotel ”

“Beautiful hotel, luxurious room with everything you would need. Second floor room right over main downtown room was remarkably quiet on a busy night after a concert. Staff was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Charlotte. ”

“The service was great and the area was nice. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have expected for the price (hair in several places in the bathroom in particular). Parking was extremely tight-don’t even think to try to park and unpack, as your bags won’t fit out of your doors. ”

“The hotel was fantastic. It was clean, inviting and the staff were excellent. We were in town for a concert at the stadium and the location could not be better. There were plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment options steps away. The park and green space so close was an unexpected benefit we enjoyed. ”
