“Disclaimer: we are picky and have high expectations. Chose to relocate to this hotel from another in CLT where we were placed by AA after our flight was cancelled. Everyone in our group was relieved when we entered the Hyatt. It was so clean, in a safe area, and staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. Lots of local eating options within walking distance.
