“In general is okay apart from the radiator and the hot water supply was not working properly. ”

“Amazing hotel clean, fresh, rooms are lovely, nice size and complementary tea and coffee and mini fridge stocked, Jan the owner was lovely very welcoming, car parking is limited on site but that didn’t bother us we parked in a side street near the hotel, lovely location, shop few steps away, Carbis bay hotel and beach literally 5/10 minutes walk but mind the hill on the way back up, you can drive down but parking can be expensive for the day and limited spaces. Definitely return.”

“This was a great stay in a perfect location. Lovely room with a sea view,with everything you would need for a three night stay. The cooked breakfast was excellent, and the hosts Margaret and Martin were superb. ”

“Absolutely fantastic place to stay with parking. Breakfast fantastic, owners fantastic. Close to train station to get too st ives. Definitely come here again thank you very much for a great stay.”

“Nicely located a short walk from both beaches and the town centre. It is very clean and tidy. The room we stayed in was lovely. Mary who ran it was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The parking spot is invaluable in St Ives as there is literally nowhere to park without paying a fortune (if you can find a car park with a free space that is). The town has very narrow single lane roads so the last thing you want to be doing is driving round looking for somewhere to park. Very pleased……

“The Olive Branch is amazing. The hosts go out of their way to make your stay better than good. The breakfast was better than we have had anywhere. Our room was very comfortable and very clean - comfy bed and great shower. I can’t speak highly enough about it.”

“Lovely stay, the cottage was well equipped and clean. It was the perfect location for us. Matt the owner was extremely helpful and so kind. He answered all my questions and was very prompt with his replies. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.”

“This is a chalet on a John Fowler site. It has been beautifully modernised and designed. However, there is a smell of damp as the chalet is in the trees and needs ventilating. The chalet is for 4 but for some reason there were only 2 cereal bowls?? My main concern was that WiFi was advertised but at no point during our stay did we ever have the network. We all had to use our own data allowance. The cooking facilities were great with condiments etc provided. Lovely touch of milk and. Team tea……
