“This hotel is super nice even though it’s an older property it has been completely renovated. The staff were the best I have experienced at any hotel including all inclusives. It was amazingly clean and well maintained. The only drawbacks were, loud ac, no pool/hot tub, tight parking spaces, and the shower head wasn’t great (dual heads would be amazing as it is a huge shower. Those things were far from deal breakers. The river balcony was amazing and even saw a bear! Would absolutely stay there……

“The water heater in the unit is probably on its way out. It kept the water hot just enough for 3 out of the 5 members during our stay. The other 2 had cold water showers which was not desirable.”

“Enjoyed the view and how easy it is to get into Pigeon Forge - about 2 blocks from the main drag. Everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Arrived after office was closed and the security person, Bill. Helped us get our packet and even took us to our room to make sure we could get in. Betsy in the office was also very nice and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.”

“This lodge was so conveniently locate to everything but gave the feeling of a remote mountain cabin. The staff was above courteous and extremely sociable. Breakfast was good and the amenities were excellent. I will definitely be back.”

“I like that it’s just outside of the main strip of Pigeon Forge. So, it’s a good safe and quiet place for anybody to stay especially if it’s their first time visiting. ”

“We were in the area for a gift show and family vacation. The trek up the mountain the first time was a little scary, but once at the top, the view was well worth it. The unit was perfect for the 5 of us. While it does sleep 8, it would feel a little tight with more than 5. The indoor pool and hot tub are close and we had a nice time there. The kitchen has all you need to make a meal. Our only complaint would be that when we pulled out the sofa bed it didn’t look like the sheets had been changed……

“A cute little place. Clean and comfortable. Only thing is there is no heat in either bathroom. Really cold when showering. Very inconvenient to plug up space heaters in bathrooms just for heat. Other than that it was good. ”
