“I found it to be very stark. Industrial and masculine vibes. Very dark inside. Couldn't see what was written on the doors because it was black writing on black doors! What the??? I would like to see a bill so that I know what I'm paying for as well. Staff was wxcellent. Noisy hallways and traffic/sirens. ”

“It was the prefect place for my sisters and I to stay for a family baby shower weekend in Philadelphia. The man at the front desk (can't remember his name) was wonderful and so helpful during our stay, we had wonderful weather so we enjoyed sitting out by the pool and the space of the condo was perfect for our stay. We will definitely be returning. We also loved that the parking was gated and also easy to unload and load the cars. Very helpful.”

“I was disappointed how the proximity to my bedroom window interfered with sleeping. The sound and rumble of the train was only halted from midnight to 5 am, not great for light sleepers. Once that sound wakes you, there’s no not hearing it lying in bed.”

“This was a great place, with more of an apartment or Condo feel than a hotel and the price was great. Parking was a little far from the hotel, but if the weather hadn't been so freezing cold outside I probably wouldn't have cared.”

“No frills and easy access to the room. Room was clean and had modern amenties. Location at 40th and Chestnut was perfect. Note there is no hotel staff on site but everything is done via text. I only wish they bad luggage storage after check out but otherwise an amazing stay!”

“The unit looks fine and austere, but a very weird odor persisted in the apartment and getting stronger in the corridor and the elevator. Really annoying and nauseous for someone having higher nasal sensitivity. Also the traffic noises, especially from motorbikes, were so loud that they constantly interrupted sleep deep into the night... Feeling the quality of rest generally low ”
