“The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.”

They immediately asked to help with our luggage and if there was anything that they could do to assist with our stay while at the Hotel. When we entered the Lobby, the staff was smiling & very friendly, we noticed the professionalism of the staff and the eye contact showed us that they were paying attention to us and cared about our time there. We absolutely loved the Suite that we stayed in.……
