“My husband and I had a great stay at Elser Hotel & Residential in a studio unit. The room was spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable experience overall. However, for those traveling on business, we found the lack of a proper desk and chair a bit challenging—working long hours from the sofa and coffee table wasn’t ideal. That said, the location is fantastic! It’s close to parks, museums, a shopping center, plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and even Whole Foods for organic grocery……

“The place was cute, well located, easy to get in and out. I was bothered by the fact that they tried to communicate with me via WhatsApp first, and only via hotels.com when I asked, and that I was asked to pay the deposit before I arrived, on an outside web site. I think the site is reputable, but that combination with the fact that I'm not sure where the rental company is based concerned me.”

“We were unable to stay at this property and the person at the door would not us in. The person I spoke to by phone insisted someone(unidentified) sent me an email saying there was no vacancy. There was no email and I prepaid for two nights. We had to find another place at 1:30 am. Glad we had rented a car.”
