“We checked in the room and were stains on the carpet and no ventilation, front deck didn't change our room until the engineers couldn't fix the thermostat. After that everything was going well. Hotel like this must have everything to perfection. Overall our 3 night stay was good. ”

“Very impressive. Staff was nice and enthusiastic. The room was spacious, clean, and decent. Love the design of the mansion. It was a pity that we cannot try the fine dining at this beautiful hotel due to their maintenance. Will surely come back in the future!”
