“My family and I stayed at the Westin for 6 nights at the begging of August. Our stay was amazing. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff was nothing short of amazing. They exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is in need of some TLC. They are in the middle of renovations which explains a lot. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable during our stay. “The resort has great pool and snorkeling area. The 2 things disappointing are: 1, the kids club. It is super small. Like super small. So there is not attractive to kids and the activity and management is pool. 2. There are only 2 restaurants taking kids and one is far so we basically stay for one restaurant for the whole trip which is so sick to eat the same food over and over again. There are 5 restaurants but three of them are adult only. Which is not family friendly at all. I really think……

“The Resort is perfectly located in the bay with incredible views of the ocean from all rooms(I believe). Ocean is within 4 minutes from any room and under 2 minutes you can be in the resort swimming pool where water levels are ankle high, waist high or swimming depth. As adults only the resort is quite and safe. Service is standout from front desk to the room and the restaurants. Cafe Inez stands out for incredible pastries all day long into night.
