“Hotel has the perfect location to go walk abouts in London. On arrival we were seen straight away and the room was actually ready so we could drop our bags in the room. Room was comfortable and clean. Coffee facility in room ok just not enough milk. The shower was a pain to work out I couldn’t to be honest. The bed was lovely and the pillows were heaven. The hotel service is so nice and welcoming and the rooms are fantastically designed, absolutely spotless and super comfy. One of the best nights sleep I've ever had at a hotel. The only downside I think is the restaurant. I'm not sure if it is actually a part of the hotel or just affiliated but it wasn't quite the same as the hotel.
