“Amanda at reception at check in was wonderfully helpful at finding us the room as I had inadvertently booked the wrong date. She was understanding and cheerful. She deserves a big thank you. Also the food was delicious in the restaurant and staff delightful. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. ”

“飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。”

“The house was in an ideal location and was spacious, clean and comfortable and had all amenities. We have been staying in Aviemore for over 15years and this was by far the best that suited our needs as a family. We hope to be back next year ”

“Lovely characteristic hotel with very professional staff. A quiet get away for those needing it to relax and recoup. A bit expensive considering there was no pool, hot tub or sauna & steam facilities but the hotel it's self is absolutely beautiful. ”
