“I had an awesome stay even with the radiator malfunction that made sleep the first night impossible. But thanks to Thomas windows were opened and heat turned off. And the general manager decided I should be give a higher ad bigger room. Much appreciated. Special praise to Thomas!”

“Amanda at reception at check in was wonderfully helpful at finding us the room as I had inadvertently booked the wrong date. She was understanding and cheerful. She deserves a big thank you.
