“Very clean and well equipped. Check in information good. Getting information on how to check out at 1:55 in the morning was less than helpful as it woke us up. We have to leave some alerts on as husband receives medical alerts overnight. It may not be a problem for those who can switch a do not disturb on. Also had to message to request an internet password for the medical monitoring. Owner was very helpful and provided it straight away but it would be helpful to have it available if internet is……

“Was a really great stay , staff , excellent , food was really nice . Only downside was the deco , really needs carpets or laminate flooring , been a long time since I have stayed in a hotel with carpet in bathroom . Stayed 2 nights , both mornings got woke up 5 am with the linen truck outside my window .”

“I would have given higher marks had the communal areas (entrance) been hoovered a little more. Despite some of the negative reviews I stayed in Rm 24 and had absolutely no complaints about it. Staff were really helpful ”
