“The stay was great, and I have no complaints about the property at all, and would gladly stay there again, but I had one issue. I needed to check out at 6:30am, but the office was closed til 8:30, and there was nothing to instruct a customer on what to do in my situation. They left an emergency after hours number for late check-ins, which I tried calling, but no answer. So I was delayed by 2 hours due to this issue”
