“The staff is excellent, from the General Manager to Youseff, Kareem, Mariam, Verena, and others. Super helpful. The shower in the bathroom didn't work well, they are aware of this and somehow they haven't been able to fix it yet. I wouldn't say this hotel is exceptional, I would give it a 8-9 and not a 10.”

“Location was exceptional right near the pyramids with fabulous views. Room was a good size and was clean. Minor maintenance required (glue holding the bed head, touch up painting). Breakfast was a little strange with salad. Hotel has great potential and would stay again.”

“This little gem is tucked away from the main street. Have your driver call the hotel to come down to get you. This hotel is not the Ritz, its better! The staff is kind and available 24 hours. “It was little hard to find at 1st. Rooms and whole hotel was kept very clean. Bed were not comfortable at all lol.Most of the staff was very friendly and helpfully. Other then two staff that were outwardly giving my wife not very nice looks when they didn't think I was looking. Breakfast is very limited selection but was good.
