“Sixth floor has new reconditioned rooms they are the best ”

“Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money). I cancelled and booked elsewhere. I Will not return”

“I didn’t use any of the drinks and food in my room fridge, but the hotel insisted on missing 1 chocolate and 1 can of Coke. Finally, my fianc is worried that the time of the plane will be late, and we will pay to go! To tell the truth, I have snacks and drinks in my suitcase. Candies, biscuits and chocolates from different countries will not be used by the hotel because I am still better than them. I also used my own towels, showers, etc. I didn't use the hotel at all. The hotel didn’t check it……

“Had such a great stay at Rixos! Our favorite was the morning breakfasts on the roof, with our wonderful server Cucú (Kookoo) who would make it such a great experience.
