“We especially booked this hotel and the executive suite so we would have a view over the pyramids. We couldn’t complain! Beautiful view from the bath. Room is big and cozy. The staff is nice however I don’t recommend counting on eating at their restaurant. When we arrived I asked if we could pay for lunch, I ordered the food, only to be told 30 mins later that the chef hadn’t arrive. No lunch for us then! “The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. ”
