“Fantastic location, great ocean view, excellent service, and a delicious breakfast. My only concern was with the shower, which was lukewarm on two of my three nights. When I reported it to the front desk, they explained that it was due to high demand at the same time, but this didn’t make sense, as it wasn’t a busy season. For a four-star hotel, I’d expect a reliable hot water supply regardless of occupancy. Overall, though, a great experience with just this one small issue.”

“Correu tudo muito bem, exceto o estacionamento que segundo referiram na Recepção, pelo facto da estadia não ter sido reservada diretamente através do próprio hotel, não poderia ser gratuita, tendo um custo de 10€/dia. Não achei muito aceitável porque na verdade o hóspede paga o valor diretamente no hotel e fica alojado no mesmo, devendo ter direito a estacionamento do próprio hotel.”

“The House on Pink Street is a gem! From checkin through checkout, everything was perfect. We had booked a Vibrant Studio and were upgraded to the Urban Residence (1 bedroom, with balcony) for one of our two-night stay. Both apartments are well appointed and stunningly beautiful. “Overall it was very nice. But We didn’t appreciate the step up into the bathroom. It felt like you’re on a ship and had to step over a trip hazard to get into and out of the bathroom. We had to leave a flash light by it at night so we wouldn’t trip in the middle of the night. Breakfast Buffet was minimalist and had to make your own coffee. Was disappointed with that. ”
