“Condo was clean, roomy and comfortable.Check-in was smooth, excellent views from balcony. Only suggestion- master shower could use a couple of shelves. If that is the main complaint, 1507 must be pretty good.”

“The property is in a great location with beautiful views and very spacious, the master bedroom has a wall of windows floor to ceiling. Comfortable beds, gorgeous kitchen and lots of space for everyone on the wrap around reclining couch. We really enjoyed relaxing on the bacony after a day at the beach in the zero gravity reclining chairs.”

“Our host quickly responded to questions. The condo is in a great location. It & the grounds are secure & clean. There are several restaurants & shops within walking distance. The beach wasn't crowded like other areas. They have 3 pools for the days we weren't able to get in the ocean due to weather conditions. ”

“This was a very nice stay, however some things needed a change. The pull out couch mattress was very hard--you could feel the springs. We bought a air mattress to put on the couch to be able to sleep on it. I would add another chair to the outside if possible. The bedroom seemed hot even with the temp down. Not a big deal, but the toilet ran constantly. The kitchen was very well stocked and LOVED having the beach chairs available! Overall a nice place!”

“My family loved it! The condo was very accommodating. We loved the many pools. Our favorite was how close we were to the beach. I have a handicapped parking pass and it was easy to find access to parking. The house manager (not sure if that' the right term) was available quickly if we had any questions.”
