“What a find,this hotel is .it's nicely situated good car park ,clean bright and extremely comfortable .Terry and Lynne are wonderful hosts ,nothing is too much trouble for them ,and they are always friendly and helpful .we have stayed here three times before and would not consider staying anywhere else .”

“Total Gem! Beautiful views, amazing food….rooms are fresh, clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel sits overlooking the sea and the beautiful Golf course which enhances the tranquility. The restaurant is the real winner here and a must visit for residents or non residents. I have been back twice in the last two weeks!!. ”

“We were driving to North Scotland from East Sussex and wanted to break our drive overnight and The Village Inn and Kirtle House B&B was ideally situated to do this. There was ample parking at the rear of the property through a gate. Alison, the proprietor was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The bedroom was thoughtfully set out with accessories, tea and coffee making facilities. The bed linen was clean and the bed very comfortable. Alison recommended the local Pub for an evening meal,……

“Very warm welcome. Room was ready early as requested. Room was very clean, large and had excellent furnishings,very tastefully decorated. The property was well maintained. Breakfast was great with very good service. Nothing was too much trouble. The range of teas, coffees, milk and biscuits in the room was very good. “The views from the hotel are amazing . The staff and very friendly , informative and helpful . Our room was very spacious with views over the fields (room 20.) Very clean and tidy . Breakfast very good and sets you up for the day . Pre dinner cocktails sitting in the garden an added bonus . Dinner exceptional and in particular the curries ! Would highly recommend staying at Ernespie again . Anyone travelling with children the neighbouring Ernespie Farm and play area is ideal . Thank you……
