“People hanging around the property, like its there's residence. Unable to get clean towels the same time, had to wait the next day. Staff us not 24 hours. ”

“Sewage smell. We were told by host she couldn't speak with us as she couldn't take calls from Canadian callers! Water leaked through inside floor boards. Home was located behind a horse stable and smelled (outside) of horse manure, too! No area where sun shone, very large trees keeping entire area in shade all day. Also, very uncomfortable mattress on bed. Swimming pool was above ground and never uncovered, so why advertise property with pool? Wouldn't ever book this property again!”

“I guess the property was recently remodeled and renovated. Hotel is very clean and nice. They did a good job. The staff is nice and courteous ”

“The Dolce is a really nice boutique style hotel. I loved the decor and ambiance. From the valet to the front desk everyone was very welcoming. The hotel is directly across the street from the HardRock casino, so you can view the daily light show from the hotel's rooftop/ restaurant and pool area. My only drawback, the hotel is hidden behind a small strip plaza, so you get confused about where/how to enter, wish there were some additional signage for entrance. ”
