“wonderful vintage motel with a nice renovation that maintains the charm but offers a cheerful update. nice dispensers for upscale soap, lotions, and such are thoughtful additions. Bikes are available for free as is parking in front of each room. Bed was very comfortable. Spent 3 nights and would happily return. ”

“Just a heads up that this B&B is actually a 25 minute drive outside of Durango. That was definitely an unexpected wrinkle in our plans. They don’t serve breakfast until 8am, and if you are riding the Durango to Silverton Railroad, you have to be AT the train station by 8:30, and that’s after you drive 25 minutes to get there, wait 5-10 minutes in line to get into their all day parking lot, and then walk to the station. That issue caused us to have to skip breakfast altogether. Bummed for sure.……
