“Awesome older building with lots of character and a great staff”

“I had a wedding in McKinney on 9/28/2025. Several family and friends also traveled. There were absolutely NO complaints from anyone. The staff was phenomenal? The hotel lobby and rooms were impeccable. There were several gathering spaces for not only our crew, but your other guests were accommodated as well. I'd recommend the Denizen to anyone traveling to McKinney, TX. ”

“This is a great budget minded place to stay.Even though construction of a partial remodel was taking place it wasn’t a problem. All the staff is kind thoughtful and very helpful. The room was big the bed was comfortable tv worked great and the sheets clean. Spacious bath area with plenty of hot water clean linen and cold A/C.This an older property so don’t expect new and shiny. If your staying in pilot point I recommend this place and would gladly stay again ”

“The house is exactly how it looks, neighborhood is nice and quite. The homeowner is very easy to get ahold to. The house is very clean and spacious, close to all the amenities. Will stay again when in the Dallas Area. ”
