“My husband, daughter and I enjoy stay at Novotel so much. It looks new and having good wifi. Air conditioner can adjust what temperature you want. We especially enjoy the breakfast, the place is big, seats comfortably and the foods many choices and good taste. We will stay again when we come coventry.”

“Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*.”

“位置偏僻但如果是度假的定位是可以接受的 這間飯店裝潢很有風格 房間舒適度應可以很高 但因清潔沒做好（前一晚有慶祝婚禮 我們的房間有一間有很重的狗臭味 另一間則是衛浴有臭味） 我個人覺得滿意 但住不同房間的同行友人卻覺得清潔沒做好而留下壞印象”

“Great service from check in, around the bar and check out. Room was perfectly clean, clean bathroom with powerful shower. Extremely comfy bed and amazing pillows! There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room but free tea and coffee in the bar for members and it actually got you out of bed and up so this wasn’t an issue! Close enough to the arena to drive or taxi there, was around 5 miles, and the taxi cost £8. Amazing host, already pre booked another stay.”

“Having stayed in the Holiday Inn Darlington the previous night and having a terrible experience I was worried about what I would find at the Holiday Inn. Any concerns disappeared on entering. The hotel foyer was inviting, the reception staff professional, welcoming and friendly. The bedroom was immaculately clean, well furnished and inviting. The restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and in comparing with Darlington the quality of the ingredients and production of the meals were……
