“So happy with our stay at Casa León Royal. Super great service, quiet and calm - exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast buffet was really good (only thing missing was a really great coffee). We had fab weather in February (25 degrees and not a cloud in the sky) with no wind whilst it was quite strong winds down by the ocean. If you're looking for a few calm days away on Gran Canaria, this is your place. ”
“We came to this hotel not very happy because we had to pay for my 2 kids which I was told where not in my reservation although when i did my booking I put my 2 kids and their age Expedia told me I didn’t put them. It’s wasn’t true but because I had no time to check for any other place I had to pay 490€ extra. So i went to this hotel not very happy, but for my greatest surprise we had a wonderful time in the hotel, everyone was so good in their mansion my kids enjoyed every day of their stay in……
“Das Report liegt ca 5 min vom Strand und es gibt etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeit , Bars und Restaurants. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden.
Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet.Es hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Personal war sehr freundlich und es kam täglich eine Reinigungskraft vorbei. Es liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr ruhig man bekommt vom Trubel nichts mit Wir waren sehr zufrieden ”
“Lo mejor de todo los trabajadores, te hacen sentir que estás en casa y el resto de huespedes, por poner una falta algo retirado de tiendas, bares, zona de salir, pero todo depende de lo que busques, siempre puedes coger la guagua o un taxi”
“Non mi era chiaro dalla descrizione, las pitas, Orchidea e un altro del gruppo Grupptel sono la stessa struttura. Las pitas si trova un po' più in alto e può risultare scomodo per una rampetta di scale, ma si sta veramente bene e si è vicinissimi alla strada dove posteggiare.
Il personale è stato gentilissimo, soprattutto una signora delle pulizie che ogni giorno ci salutava e ha anche regalato dei cioccolatini ai miei bambini. Se vi capita l'appartamento con giardino è bello spazioso”

“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked
There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”
