“Everything about my stay was wonderful for only the problem I ran in is housekeeping didnt speak English So it was hard to request certain items, because they didn't understand what I was saying.”

“Picked for being dog friendly, the hotel was centrally located and delivered a fabulous level of comfort and luxury that was frankly unexpected. I don’t travel with pets, but this stay was over Mother’s Day weekend in Memphis, and my daughter was joining me with her newly adopted 45 pound dog. Not only did the hotel make us feel welcome. Upon arrival they offered dog bowls if we needed them. The beds were extra comfortable, including the sheets and pillows which - these days - is hard to come by……

“The only issue we stayed 3 nights 2 guests and only got 3 towels. Had to call for towels and they were brought quickly. No housekeeping for the 3 days we were there. ”

“A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see……
