“Good hotel, was all we needed for our stay. The only thing is make sure you book for the restaurant in the morning otherwise you could have to wait for hours to get a table! We went in at half 6 to have a table and couldn't have one until 9. ”

“Peaceful, quaint, historical property. Dated rooms (small tv and difficult to pair iOS device to tv for Netflix etc), pool could use a refurbishment. Friendly staff. Nice smelling soap. However, the drains in the room were working well. ”

“1/酒店位置行去市中心(唐人街，Bullring, 商場) 大約15-20分鐘。 2/房間設施有些舊，床偏軟 3/浴室門不能關上，可能是大舊的原因，門的厎部緊貼住地面 導致關不上門。 4/窗的開關也難了，不能開窗 5/房間沒有電話，可用whats app 與酒店職員溝通，但大部份時間都只係AI 回覆[收到訊息，職員會聯絡......] 當然最後都係冇人回覆。 5/酒店提供每住滿7天有免費收拾房間一次，但我的情況是約了執房，但當晚返到酒店沒有執到，原來改咗第二日執，完全冇通知。 6/ 酒店唯一優點係水壓強，水力夠。 ”

“The room is clean and spacious, however we are very disappointed that the staff were not attentive and the pub was understaff in the morning. We were waiting for almost 30 minutes to order and there was only one waiteress serving. We couldn’t be bothered and had breakfast somewhere else.”

“Had a really good stay with my husband, mum and our disabled son. The staff couldn’t do enough fir us when we took him swimming, they organised a room near the pool for us all to change and put out ramps for our sons wheelchair. Special mention to Amy for helping us.”
