“We had an excellent stay! The only thing that was a little bit of a thumbs down was not having a microwave and fridge in the room (you can request a mini fridge; we just didn’t bother to do it since we were only there for a couple of days). The AC in the room was a little rough to deal with- it got kind of warm even upon turning the thermostat pretty low, but we toughed it out. “Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”
