“Thank you Justin. We had a little trouble finding the place because the Vrbo site was having problems and we didn't receive the information from them but aside from that everything was fabulous. Butler Place is in a great location, was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything anyone could need. Thank you so much for a great stay.”

“Excellent, modern, and comfortable stay !! This property is almost brand new, clean, centrally located close to the beach, skiing (diamond peak ski resort), with filtered lake views, south facing with plenty of sun during the day. It has a carport and even tesla charging port (even we didn’t need to use it). Kitchen is well equipped. Radiant floor heating was very comfortable. Great value, great location !”

The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was an iced over snowbank in the drive way that I had to break up and remove before I could pull my car into the driveway. Not a big deal since they had salt and a snow shovel by the front door. Overall a great value and would stay here again. The dogs loved it too! ”

“We loved our stay at Bruce and Claudia’s little hideaway! It was a great place to stay with our dogs during a trip to the Placerville area. It’s close enough to downtown, but far enough away to experience the peace and quiet of the river! Everything was as described, you have your own space and privacy, but they are close by if you ever need anything. We will definitely come back and stay again!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. So much nicer than staying in a hotel, and a quick drive to stores and restaurants and to visit family. It was really clean, inviting, and the decor was nice. All the comforts of home, quiet, and tucked away in a beautiful area. Comfy bed (2 twins put together as a king which was very comfortable) All the pans/utensils we needed for cooking although we did very little. Nice washer and dryer which was nice since we stayed 6 days. Host was gracious and……
