“New hotel with barrier free accessories was surprising😝 There were callbells and handrails in the room👍 High quality free breakfast buffet😋Takeaway cups and sandwiches bag were available for the ones in a hurry😍 Yet, some of the utensils at the buffet were obviously dirty😕”

“Loved the Ropewalks! The hotel was clean with helpful staff and easily accessible from the train station and central Liverpool. I loved the space in the rooms and the on-site bar. The only disappointment was that after a long day there was no room service which would be my only negative. ”
