“We all LOVED this home. It felt like home. We had all the plans of things to do around town, but ended up just staying here and having a blast. Of note, it is a 6 seater golf cart, not the 4 seater in the listing pics. Which was a grand surprise for us! The pool was a very comfortable temperature. Lots of floats/life jackets/beach chairs etc available for use. We appreciated that. I would suggest, to the owner and/or future renters, to have an extra fan in the bedrooms. “The house was perfect for our extended family. The teens stayed upstairs while the parents/couples stayed downstairs. The kitchen was perfect for prepping/cooking meals. We rented a golf cart, which made getting back & forth from the sand easier.”

“We spent a couple weeks in the Bahai Paradise with family and it was perfect! it is a rare 4-bedroom home on the waterfront just a couple blocks walk to the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. The heated pool was great, and there are an abundance of amenities like pool and beach toys, wagons to transport umbrellas, equipment and toys to the beach. There are multiple kayaks, patio chairs, blow-ups, lounges, and umbrellas for fun and to make it pleasurable to just relax around the pool and pier. And the……

“... at the IRB Surf House with our kids and our dog. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The freshly painted and remodeled property was beautiful and well thought out and you can see the water from almost every room. BrendaLee, the (10 star) property manager, was friendly, responsive and informative. We enjoyed using the kayaks, the beach and the local restaurants. It was easy to walk around. I only wish I rented a boat ahead of time to tie up out back during our stay.”

“2 out of three rooms AC not working. Pool filthy. Arrived to unwelcoming neighbors. Repair man did come He said it was operational. Arrived to garbage with Maggie’s. Two bags along side of the house with maggots along side the bags and wall. Service man said he home in morning so a mini. To report it was ok. Didn’t take trash. Until departure. Pigs don’t stay here they are selling the house trying. To squeeze the last $$$$ out of it. ”
