“Heated pool and backyard were the best ,We spent the entire month if Jan in the pool .The house was clean , plenty of utensils, glasses and dishes .plenty of frying pans and pots . Communication with owners was excellent when we needed a cooler they brought it right away .Living room tv needed some attention. Location to beach and a kids playground was perfect.Very quiet neighborhood and we felt safe . Pool maintenance was weekly .suggestions for owners they need new beach chairs and new bath……

“The house, the pool out back (morning wake-up), the back deck: all made for a comfortable place to call home. Kitchen, baths, furnishings all worked for us. 10 minute walk to the beach, 4 minutes to public tennis courts in the park. Nice size park to walk our dog. Good restaurants, food & drug stores 10 minutes away by car. This is a small nearly-island neighborhood of houses, mostly surrounded by water & docks, so it is quiet & seems far away from the traffic & congestion of Gulf Avenue. But……

“Great location, on the beach. On a two block strip of all houses so the beach was not crowded. House was clean and tastefully decorated…maybe a little over the top!Beware,there are only 2 full bathrooms. One in master suite and the other between 2 bedrooms with a door to each.( this was not made apparent in the listing on VRBO)There is also a half bath off the family room.There was storm damage so the hot tub did not heat for almost 2 weeks and the elevator didn’t work for the whole 6 weeks.……

“I cannot say enough about this property. First of all the location is absolutely perfect. Rent some bikes in pas-a-grille at the little store/marina and you can basically go anywhere from this house. We actually rode our bikes on the Pinellas trail all the way into St Petersburg and onto the pier....11 miles. You can walk for 3 minutes and hit the beach in front of Don CeSar. The restaurants around there, even during covid, are accommodating for eating outside or bringing it home. We also rented……
