“Spent a month at this breezy condo just steps from the beach (a 3-min. walk to a private entrance) and was able to both work and chill. It is near some really great hotels (rooftop bar across the street!). Within walking distance of restaurants and bars, and a short uber away from all things cool in St. Pete. Very kind hosts; private and quiet apartment; spacious layout; safe location; clean premises; dog-friendly. Do it!”

“Heated pool and backyard were the best ,We spent the entire month if Jan in the pool .The house was clean , plenty of utensils, glasses and dishes .plenty of frying pans and pots . Communication with owners was excellent when we needed a cooler they brought it right away .Living room tv needed some attention. Location to beach and a kids playground was perfect.Very quiet neighborhood and we felt safe . Pool maintenance was weekly .suggestions for owners they need new beach chairs and new bath……

“The perfect place to relax and enjoy Tampa Bay. Very pretty house and garden, you can see that the owners put in lots of effort to make you feel home. They checked with us regularly if we needed something. ”

“I cannot say enough about this property. First of all the location is absolutely perfect. Rent some bikes in pas-a-grille at the little store/marina and you can basically go anywhere from this house. We actually rode our bikes on the Pinellas trail all the way into St Petersburg and onto the pier....11 miles. You can walk for 3 minutes and hit the beach in front of Don CeSar. The restaurants around there, even during covid, are accommodating for eating outside or bringing it home. We also rented……
