“This Four Seasons was recommended to us by the staff at both the Texas and Boston locations and we were definitely not disappointed. The valet and bell staff were outstanding, providing warm and attentive service throughout our stay. While the front desk team was polite, they lacked the signature warmth and enthusiasm we’ve come to expect when arriving at a Four Seasons. That extra spark just wasn’t there. “I received the call from Fiorello Maria after check-out. The call should be short but apparently she could not got what I say fast and made the call long and ineffective （-5 star!!）. The other staffs are nice and helpful.”

Breakfast was amazing, small cosy room, not many selections of food but everything was natural and fresh, gorgeous culinary & layout, very friendly staff, loved it! Located in a posh neighborhood, 2 mins walk to a park and several restaurants.”
