“The property, owner communication, and amenities were awesome! Two suggestions. The first would be to document in greater detail the miner style stairs that are required to navigate to get to the loft bedroom. If you have a leg or back issue or senior you may not be able to navigate those steps safely. In addition if you had a few too many you will most likely be sleeping on the couch. Second, and this is minor. You may want to stock larger coffee cups as the keurig generates 12 oz……

“Wonderful location! Very nice condo with amazing amenities! We loved having access to the marsh and several kayaks. This home was fully loaded for loads of beach and adventure fun supplies. Really enjoyed the screened in porch too. ”

“Shell Cottage is in a quaint spot in the woods, yet only a few minutes to the beach by golf cart. We found the place quite comfortable and in immaculate condition. We'd stay there again!”

“Great property. Great location in walking distance to ferry, marina, docks and places to eat there. You share an outdoor space with the owner, and he was great. Golf cart was very convenient. Did not need a tram ride from the ferry, which we found to be very easy. Space is small but perfect for a couple looking to get away.”

“This property was perfect! It was within walking distance of two beach access points and the BHI Club. The villa was well stocked with everything that you could need in a home away from home. Plenty of bikes and beach accessories to accommodate my entire family. The interior of the villa was very warm and inviting, clearly a new renovation. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Kuddos to Brooke Tripp for taking care of all of our needs and making sure we had a wonderful time. ……
