“Upon arrival I was met with a friendly greeting by a member of staff who showed me to my room and provided a full explanation of the facilities. I then went to the bar where I was offered a table in the restaurant. I ordered my dinner, which was delicious. The three bar staff, two woman and a man, were friendly, polite and attentive.
