“Great place, beautiful property in an awesome location. You can do easy hikes through the adjacent reserve, if you walk down the beach you’re in town within 20-30 minutes. Food and service were great and staff was on point throughout the stay. ”

“Yoga heaven on earth. The moment I arrived I felt a nervous system reset. Very well kept and beautifully landscaped grounds- loved my king room - it was all perfect. Yoga all day, every day. Restaurant food only down side- they have a menu but I would recommend restaurants off property for dinner. Tuk tuk easy enough to get around. Beach didn’t seem worth going to, I’m not swimming with crocodiles. ”

“Nosara oldest development, this place is quirky and wonderful. Probably the best property in Nosara with a short walk to both Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and uniquely late 1970s architecture. ”

“Great location at Samara. We had booked a room with balcony looking out to the street not realizing it’s a busy street. We got upgraded to a bigger room with pool view without any request. We appreciated that very much as e were tired that day. The ac in the room worked excellent, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Parking is across the street. We only stayed one night so did not get the a chance to try the restaurant, which looked great but can’t actually rate as we decided to……

“Staff were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Pool was clean and chlorinated. Room was peaceful, with air conditioning, an outdoor shower, and a nice balcony. Staff arranged a sea turtle tour with a local guide (Gilberth), who was great. ”
