“Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. “Luis and Veronica have a very special place, and they are the nicest and most attentive hosts. They welcomed us warmly and told us about the local beaches and recommended local turtle guides, so we got to see some of the Olive Ridleys lay eggs!
